Would you perform a regional anesthetic for this patient?  If yes what are the options?

Here is what we did: We opted to use the same regional anesthetic, a CSE that had worked well without complications for this patient in the past.  This technique works well daily for the majority of our patients undergoing hip replacement surgery. The other anesthesia options include general anesthesia, spinal alone (If procedure is not prolong), or epidural alone.
