The UCLA Department of Anesthesiology offers clinical fellowships in Cardiothoracic, Pain, and Pediatrics. We also offer fellowships in Advanced Transesophageal Echocardiography and Specialty Training and Advanced Research (STAR) Program .

In general, applicants are asked to submit the following items in addition to the application form:

• Application with attached photo
• CV
• Personal statement
• Transcripts
• Test Scores: ITE results for each clinical anesthesia year (CA-1, CA-2, CA-3) and USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3 results
• Dean’s letter
• 3 separate letters of recommendation
