GLOBAL HEALTHCARE INITIATIVES

UCLA Department of Anesthesiology faculty and staff are committed to providing resources, service, new knowledge and training to the underserved. Our faculty, staff and postgraduate trainees actively participate as volunteers providing assistance, teaching and anesthesia for surgery where resources are limited around the world. We benefit from these activities by gaining knowledge and understanding of global heathcare issues. This section of our website provides information about UCLA Department of Anesthesiology participation in global healthcare projects.
