This website provides information on pain management to UCLA health care providers. The links on this page will be periodically updated.

"Practice Guidelines for Inpatient Pain Management" describes a suggested initial strategy for managing pain in the inpatient setting.

The CME Activities site has information on the UCLA Comprehensive Review of Pain Management. This course fulfills the new California state licensing requirement for physicians, Law AB 487, which requires 12 hours of Continuing Medical Education on the subjects of pain management and end-of-life care.

This site is mantained by the UCLA Pain Medicine Program and the UCLA Department of Anesthesiology.
